Podgorica to Perast Bus

From the Main Bus Station in Podgorica, which sits approximately 11 kilometers from its international airport, several buses leave every day for Montenegro’s popular coastal towns. Unfortunately, there is no direct bus route between Podgorica and Perast. However, when changing buses in Kotor, it is relatively easy to reach neighboring Perast, which lies 12 kilometers south, by public transport.

The ‘Novo Naselje – Risan’ municipal bus route, which Blueline operates, departs towards Perast once every hour. The bus also stops at the main bus terminal in Kotor, making transit rather uncomplicated. See the timetable for buses between Podgorica and Kotor below alongside the bus schedule for the municipal connection between Kotor and Perast.

I am a resident (and citizen) of the Montenegrin coast, dedicated to uncovering the authentic side of the Adriatic beyond the typical tourist brochures. Whether I’m exploring the Grbalj hinterlands for the best local produce or navigating the ancient alleys of Kotor’s Old Town, my guides are built on first-hand experience and a love for Montenegro’s complex history.
